Thanks
The Trustee wants to thank all members for their continued support since the inception of Healthcare 99. This support means that we now have a solid foundation from which we can move forward and introduce further enhancements to the fund
New Enhancements
· The maximum cost per event in both Options A&B has been increased from $30,000 to $60,000
· Clause f in the Terms and Conditions has been modified to allow the Trustee, in some instances, to offer financial assistance to members who are affected by this exclusion
New Rates – see enclosed brochure
*
Once again the contribution rates for the 60+ band –ie those members with the least disposable income - has been held (for the third year)
*
Only 2.5% increase for all other age bands (this is only an increase of between 28c - $1.14 per person per fortnight for Option A and an increase of between 14c – 67c for Option B per person per fortnight)
*
Remember only one annual increase
(if you move into another age band through the year you will remain on your current band until the next
annual increase)
