HOLIDAY OFFICE HOURS

 Except for the Statutory Holidays, this year, the office will be
 open during normal hours ie Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm. If
you need to contact us outside these hours leave a message –
 they will be getting cleared daily -or if it is urgent initially try your
Regional Rep or use the Secretary's or Chairman’s cell phones – all of their telephone # s are on the back page of this newsletter

SECRETARYS REAPPOINTMENT

Due to a change in personal circumstances Pat Brosnan reapplied for the Secretary’s position when it was advertised and we are pleased to announce that the Board have reappointed Pat to the position. This means that a Trustees position now falls vacant

TRUSTEE ELECTION

We hereby give notice that we are calling for nominations for this position, which is for a 5-year term. Nominations may be made on the appropriate form signed by a proposer, a seconder & the nominee
Nominations close with the returning officer on 20th January 2005 & should be posted to:

MEMBER BENEFITS

In the first six months of this year we have sent over a 100 gift baskets &, made 30 home visits to members, partners & dependants and we have made a grant to 16 members who have had a new baby.
Remember to let us know if you are entitled to any benefits – we can’t pay them if we don’t know.
